<p>Princeton has not sent me any mail or contacted me since they said that they received my application. Does this mean that I got rejected?</p>
<p>No - they’re busy reading the 20,000 some odd applications they received! I think they generally only contact people if they’re missing application materials.</p>
<p>i know your feeling! my D applied in october with Questbridge and since then she never heard about Princeton again!</p>
<p>MUSICGAL3: all the colleges are busy with numerous applications and we had a lot of contacts with some of them but Princeton… and Yale also! but i can explain why: my D is excellent but her SAT is low… this could explain that she is not in and they don’t bother anymore with her and her application!</p>

Don’t read anything into that at all. Like the other posters said, the poor overworked adcom reps at Princeton are too busy to send stuff to us. They KNOW we’re still interested even without the frequent mailings. LOL! After reading your essays, I’d say you have a chance here. Have you written down your online account user name and password to have them ready on 3-31-09 at 5pm EST?</p>
