I don't know where to start looking for the right college for me!

A little about me:
Class: 2012
Location: NJ
Gender: female
GPA: 104.5 weighted, unweighted around 97.6.
Class Rank: 5/490 or so
SAT: only taken practice, 650 in each subject for a total of 1950. I'm hoping to get it around 2100 or so. I think a perfect or near perfect score in math is achievable for me.
SAT II: I'm going to take Chem and Math 2 in June and maybe Latin next fall.
Sports: XC and Spring Track all 4 years (varsity letter in XC soph year), Indoor track 2 years, Swimming 2 years (if that doesn't work out I'll just do indoor track)
Clubs: Latin club 3 years, Interact and Amnesty International 2 years, hopefully NHS if I can get enough hours by March.
Community Service: Trying to organize a 5k run in my town for the Make a Wish foundation, various hours at the hospital once they remember to put me on the schedule
Work: Summer job at a local grocery store since Summer 09
Awards: Various Latin, Honor Roll, and attendance awards, and scholar awards for sports (but you only need a 3.0 to get them haha sooo)
Other: On and off for many years, I've managed a successful duct tape business.

I'm looking for schools that aren't in NJ and are rather medium in size. I'm not quite sure what I want to major in but I know it will be math/science related. If a school would like me on their XC team that would be amazing, but my times are in the 22-23 minute range so I know even in D3 that's not likely. Any suggestions on schools for me to look at?
