I was awarded the Ronald Hammond Scholarship (Full tuition--$32,000)

Wow Smartbrotha, why do you think you were selected?

I don't know how familiar you are with the Ronald Hammond Scholarship, but UM selects about 20 kids per yr to give full tuition for this scholarship. It is basically for students who have contributed to diversity. If you want more info on the scholarship itself, you could google it. By the way, you had to apply for it separately, it was not something automatically granted. But, I believe I was selected because I fitted the profile for what they were looking for. I had an awesome interview and i was very confident that after that, they'd give me one. The ladies who interviewed me were really impressed.

The deadline have been pasted. Wished I applied for it.</p>
