The Answer is 72, but why?
The measurement of Vertical angles are always equal. Therefore, the measurement of the angle opposite Y is also the same measurement as Y.
If the measurement of angle X is equal to 4 * the measurement of angle Y, then:
4*Y + Y = 360 degrees.
5Y=360
Y=72
