Tough choice: OSU vs PSU vs UMN vs IUB

I've admitted in those universities and can you guys give me some advices as to where I should enroll at? Every advice will be appreciated :).
My major is business. In fact I probably have interests in both Human Resources and Finance.

OSU( Ohio State)
Situation:
1. I have a friend there and my parents think that he can help me, in life or study.
2. Already received the admission of Scholar Program named Media,Marketing & Communication (anyone knows that program? how many peope?). PS: I really have a strong interest in ditigal tech or software application

UMN
1. Directly admitted in Carlson School of Management, major is HRIR.
2. I like that requirement, every business student must have an international experience.

PSU
1. Undecided major.
2. I think the whole year cost is too expensive.

IUB
1.not directly admitted to Kelley.

Ok. Now is the most important question:
Which business school is more accepted (by people and employers) and famous and best academic in USA?

Thanks very much!

Not enough difference to worry about really.

The differences are negligible.

Are you instate for any of these schools?

“Which business school is more accepted (by people and employers) and famous and best academic in USA?”

Are you an international applicant? If so, it doesn’t matter one bit which of these is more famous in the USA. What matters is which is the most likely to get you a job in your home country after you graduate. International students cannot count on finding a permanent job here, so they need to be able to get jobs outside the USA after they finish their educations.

If money is your issue, run the numbers here: <a href=“Your Guide for College Financial Aid - Finaid”>Your Guide for College Financial Aid - Finaid;

Thanks for everyone.
Yes, I’m an international freshman applicant for 2012 fall. I totally agree that I need to consider the employers in my home country.
If differences are negligible, may I get some suggestions from other factors in college consideration? Like “Weather in Minnoseta is really cold”(I’m not sure it’s right) and the quality of education.

If the differences academically and otherwise are not significant to you, then choose the least expensive one.
