Im undecided between UMich Tufts Duke and NYU Stern scholars

Im thinkin bout leaning towards business. With that being the case.... which schools of the 4 i listed are heavily recruited by big financial companies (including i-banking, consulting..... etc). Im thinkin bout narrowing it down to Duke and NYU stern, if anyone has any suggestions for my deciison please let me know

i actually went to duke blue devil days on the 14th and I WAS NOT impressed by the pre-business advisor. I couldnt find out any information from her. Can any duke student inform me how pre-business is at DUke? Do they have alot of connections with companies for internships? How is there econ department?

wooo alot of people for stern scholars. I actually missed the stern scholars meeting cuz i was on vacation. Is it that good, cuz from what I hear I just thought u get a free vacation and thats it.

Okay: I went to Dartmouth and recruited for a top consulting firm before I got my MBA at a top school. My experience is that Duke is one of the best recruited firms around. I know countless Duke alums at consulting and banking firms. The experience overall is the best on your list, and its the most prestigious overall. Majoring in business is important for accounting and marketing, but for a future banker or consultant the best option is going to a place like Duke. Go to vault.com (if I post links I get kicked off of CC - do a google search) and look up where consulting and banking firms recruit. Duke is at the top of these lists, as are Williams, Dartmouth, Penn, and HYPS.

If you weren't a Ross Preferred Admit I'd say go to Stern, but if you were I'd say to to Mich. If you do decide to change your major to something non-business, you'd be in better shape at michigan. LSA > NYU CAS, by a lot.
