Tours

Basically I am looking to head out to Chapman in a few weeks for a tour...I have been accepted to the PR/A program and was wondering if anyone has any insight as to what type of tour I should look into specifically i.e. a Dodge College or PR/A specific tour. I would love to be able to get a good sense of the campus in general as well as the PR/A program. Thanks in advance!

I got a letter in the mail today about a "Discover Chapman Day for Admitted Students". You should be getting one soon too...its on April 25th. I sadly cant go, which I am bummed about because I am from Seattle.

On my tour they had a Dodge College tour right after the standard campus one, so when you book it you should ask if they are doing that the day you are visiting. Definitely see Dodge College because it will blow your mind :D but don't worry, they should take you to both.

Or go on the 'Discover Chapman' day...damn, I can't go to that either :[

April 25th? that sounds a bit late. I guess they're figuring that's where you want to go. Anybody know of any of events coming up sooner for spring break?
thanks.

Isn't May 1 the deadline for Freshmens to make their final decisions? April 25 sounds about right, in that case. If I do get accepted, as a transfer, I wish they would organize something like this. Although, as long as we have orientation, it's all good.

I did, however, schedule a Dodge College tour about a year ago. We all sat in a room and watched an introductory video, then split into two groups. Our tour guide was a screenwriting student, so she shed some light specifically on her major, which was pretty nice. We walked through the entire building -- editing rooms, sets, classrooms -- and got a very good understanding of what to expect. I think everybody pretty much fell in love at that point.

MV753- Not that I am aware of. They haven't posted anything else for admitted students day, sadly. It's just on April 25th.

Thanks, muhlissa. Guess i'll just see if I can get a student-led tour. Need to decide between Chapman, Pepperdine, LMU ! AH !
