<p>For those interested in the "official" word...just posted for the plebe parents...</p>
<p>Plebes can be driven by:
-parents (theirs, and parents of other midshipmen)
-sponsor parents
-upperclassmen (if on official business to and from the academy only)
-public transportation (includes bus, taxi, shuttle)</p>
<p>They may not be driven by:
-siblings
-other adults
-girlfriends, friends
-midshipmen (other than as noted above)
-themselves</p>
