track chances @ an ivy?

hey people...new here...i'm a girl from NJ & i was just wondering what my chances were of being recruited at an ivy for track

im going to be a senior next year...here are the stats...btw i come from a top public school (blue ribbon or w/e....)

SAT I: didnt get results yet (just took it), but expecting 2000-2100 (what i normally get on practice tests)
SAT II:
-us history: 800
-bio: 700 (probably going ot re-take)
-literature: 670 (def. going to retake)
GPA: 4.29 (weighted); 3.9 (unweighted)

Track stats:
-High Jump: My main event....personal best in a meet was 5'2"....i've won many meets & honors & stuff....most important was coutnies....3rd in state sectional meet...i've been 1st team all league, county multiple times.......yeah stuff like that
-i also do 100 hurdles (16.9) & tj (32 something....)....i know these suck for college but hey idk

well i know that it's very unlikely but i figured i see what you guys thought. thanks for your help!

All Ivies are reaches with your SAT score and lack of any impressive ECs. Do you have any community service, any AP classes, or anything else you can put on a resume?

If you're not recruited for track, your chances are pretty slim at any ivy.
2000 is definitely not good enough. 2100 may or may not be okay, depending upon your distribution of scores.

I would suggest you go to the track web pages for the school which you are intrested in and most will have a team roster which will allow you to see the PRs of the team members ... which will give you an idea of if you're in the hunt to run/jump at that school

oh yeah sorry i probably should've put more stuff...i have a lot of service and i do nhs, spanish honors society, treasurer of interact, peer leaders, area band, wind ensemble/symphonic band.....i've worked (model)....i've played piano for 10 years...part of a ukranian culture group thing....im in all aps/honors......yeah

well i did look @ a lot of sites and the personal jumps weren't that spectacular or out of my reach, but yeah it seems like they recruit only the really top notch athletes...we'll see

thanks everyone

5'2" is pretty good, but it's not that special. it doesn't win you the state meet or anything, or at least it doesn't in MA. some years you'd place in the top 6.

i am in no position to judge you on college admissions, but i would not rank your chances very high. you've got to have good athletics AND good academics.

If you are competitive at the Ivy level in your sport, a 2100 SAT will get you in.

yeah 5'2" placeds me in groups, but not the meet of champs

thanks for your opinions! :D

Contact a coach. They'll give you a minimum athletic achievement (time/height/distance) they want you to have. If you meet that, then great.

I just looked up the All-Met times from my city this year. The slowest 100 hurdles I could find was 14 something...And the lowest high jump was 5'9"...
