I have already applied ED to CC,
and I was just checking "track your application" with my Columbia ID,
and it says:

Secondary School Report Not Yet Received/Processed
HS/Coll Transcripts See "Transcripts" Below
Secondary School (High School) Not Yet Received/Processed
Sep. 2005 - June 2009
No Tests On File

I know for a fact that the secondary school report and transcripts were sent at the end of October along with my teacher's rec letters. However, CC administration received the rec. letters, but not the transcript nor the school report.
What do I need to do? Do I need to call/email them? Or is everything still getting organized right now and should i wait few more days?
Also, it says "no tests on file," but on Collegeboard, it says that my SAT scores were sent. What does this mean??????

maybe i'm being too obsessive about this, but i'm kinda worried that they still haven't gotten the two things.....
Should i email them? Do you guys know if the admin got ur transcripts and high school reports?????????
i feel like i should give it another day or two before i make any rash move...

i'm starting to worry too, glad im not the only one. it said they got all my stuff except for one of my teacher recs (math) even though he sent it out oct 28th. i guess im just panicking right now. has anyone called/emailed them asking what the "grace period" is for receiving stuff? btw i applied early to the engineering school

ahhh praise Jesus, i thought i was seriously the only one looking at my computer screen, scratching my head, and aking myself questions like: "Did I not send that in????" I felt bad too because I just ranted to my mom that it was prolly my guidance counselors fault that Columbia didnt get one of my components. lol i feel bad again

they say that sometimes, they receive your stuff but since they haven't processed it yet it comes up as "not received/processed". they say that they will contact you within a few weeks if they are still missing something. so unless you hear from them, don't worry! and then if they are missing something, it's no big deal, my counselor says they just fax them another copy and it's totally fine.

you can always fax them in... for reassurance.
my counselor mailed the forms out during the middle of october and they didnt get them. and when i called, they told me to fax it over, just in case they didnt get it.
but i dont think that they might have entered in all the data yet.

but i faxed my forms in and the next morning, all of my paperwook was received..

Yes. I had to resend my ACT scores. If you have time, call the admissions department and get them to tell you if they're just processing something or if they actually never received it. But if you don't, just resend.

ok, so my teacher faxed it this morning, and it still says "not yet received." I'm freaking out right now; how long does it take before they change the status?? It's over the weekend too, so I can't call. Is it possible that they'll review my app before they receive it?? because that would be really bad.... HELP!!

No, they won't review your app if something's not there. My suggestion is to wait until Monday, call them, and they'll tell you what's up. It takes them a bit to process stuff, even when it's faxed. Don't beat yourself up about it this weekend -- it's all going to be fine.
