SAT Reasoning Tests (I) / ACT Tests Satisfied

but where's sat subject test???
anyone who is in the same situation as I am??

I don’t think they list receiving subject tests seperate, they are included in the score report because we had to submit all scores.

No update for me yet :(

BOOM! Mine is also satisfied, everything is in, the stupid thing is that SAT I and ACT are grouped together, so I don’t know if they received one or both. Haha.

also received tracking, everything is fine except for counselor recommendations (which also contained 2 other important recommendations…) what I’m thinking is that since it was sent and postmarked way before the first, is that they have it and it will take a little bit more time to process “hardcopy” documents? anyone know? thanks!

my transcript and counselor rec both are “not satisfied” and im an international. im counting on them to not have lost those two particular documents…

same here billwu888. my counselor rec is not satisfied. That is strange as my counselor put it in the same envelope as the Secondary School Report, which is satisfied. Strange.

It says that they don’t have my SATs :(!
I sent them in from collegeboard on the first… was that too late?

It says on mine everything satisfied but :
Transcript Not Satisfied

What shall I do? I only sent grade 11 and 12 ? But I dont have the rest …

Satisfied and Paid. Woohoo!

Im confused. Everything is satisfied except the counselor recommendation, but she wrote that in the secondary school report, and the portal says the secondary school report is satisfied. Did my counselor have to write a separate recommendation aside from the secondary school report?

same as everyone else. :frowning:
i’m so confused, my counselor sent the recommendation in the same envelope as the secondary school report [which is satisfied].

everything is satisfied!!

except: i sent in extra supplementary materials like research documents, and extra recommendation letters
And those were not shown
I emailed them whether or not they got it but no response…

anyone same situation?

my sat scores won’t be sent till Nov 21 or 23, since I used the November free reports. xP

It looks like many of us are having the same issue with the Counselor rec not showing up as received… I really think it’s a system glitch , it must be a data entry error or something. I am sure Penn will get it cleared up soon. If it’s not fixed by end of day Monday I will call and I guess everyone else should do the same.

looks like penn admissions will receive a lot of calls next monday

tracking finally updated! everything is satisfied. that’s an interesting way of phrasing it.

i called them today, and told them about the issue regarding the counselor recommendation. their response was that there are different processing buildings [? wasn’t too sure what he meant by that] and that it was a matter of getting it updated.

i’m kind of doubtful though; it’s november 22nd and decisions come out in, what…three to four weeks? should i just ask my counselor to print out another and mail it in? :</p>

I spoke to my GC today about the missing recommendation. She contacted the Regional Admission Contact for our school at Penn today and she said there have been several issues where certain pieces of the application are misplaced and even though everything is sent in together that doesn’t guarantee that it will stay together. My GC faxed them another copy and the Admissions contact at Penn said it would not negatively impact my application, nothing was held up as a result of this. I would suggest if anyone is missing a piece of info to be proactive and reach out to be on the safe side. Good luck fellow applicants… it’s nice to see we are all willing to help each other out.
