<p>You can’t just trade your spot with somebody else, it’s not how it works</p>
<p>Actually, transfer students CAN change colleges early on. Freshmen can’t.</p>
<p>I know they can, I switched college last year as a transfer. But you can’t find somebody and trade your spot with them… it’s random</p>
