At Exeter the new administration is taking away all the traditions of the school for reasons like "someone's feelings might get hurt" (literally -.-"). Do any other schools do this?

What do you mean by “all the traditions”? Like what?

Like snowball fights, toga dance, hypnotist, etc

Sounds like the fun police have struck again. What a pity.

If it is really a tradition does the new administration has the power to take it away without the students have any say in it…

The students have tried but to no avail
there’s an op-ed on it in the exonian.
its a shame, this is the reason i don’t like my current school. blocking out things b/c “someone might be offended” when they know no one will… >.<

perhaps they will make new traditions better than the last one !!

If you make traditions then they aren’t traditions… At least at first. Traditions take time.

Traditions take time I agree Blue!!
Tradition is also passed from generation to generation. Without those traditions Exeter won’t be Exeter!

'xactly. it seems be mainly Dean Dan (?) Morrissey. over the years…ruins exeter experience…

Yes! I totally hate it when stuff like that happens!
