Tranfer from out of state junior college....chances?

Hi all, I'm a California Community College student and I will be applying to Cornell, not really knowing the specific margins/odds in my case. I'll be applying as a junior and I want to study neuroscience but I am willing to transfer as a psychology major (b.s. not b.a.) if neuro is not an option.

Stats:
I will be graduating with an AA with honors from junior college next Spring.
3.8 GPA with 80 so credits (I understand not all will transfer) and most premajor prep done for transfer to University of California, San Diego (which I haven't received final confirmation from for acceptance but I am TAG (Transfer Admissions Guarantee) certified for and don't foresee being a problem getting in). I have a decent amount of volunteer hours in hospitals which I will continue to accumulate, as well as some other applicable community service.

My concern is that while transfer with CA from JC to UC is stipulated by a completion of all GE courses and an emphasis on as much premajor courses completed as possible, Cornell states all premajor course MUST be completed (a few of which aren't offered at my university).

Thoughts? Thank you for your help and advice

You have a lot to learn.

There is no neuroscience program. There’s neurobiology and behavior, a concentration in the bio major (CAS or CALS). I think there’s some other similar programs too.

And there is no B.S. It’s B.A.
I supposed you could get a B.Arch or B.Eng if you really wanted…

60 credits will transfer. You’ll have to contact the registrar and stuff as far as figuring out what transfers and what’s required, etc.
