Why does it seem like being a transfer student is so stressful. Right now I go to my local community college working to transfer out and its not so bad because I still live at home which proivdes immediate family support. My biggest issue right now is working on applications again after doing so about a year and a half ago. I'm just concerned about fulfilling pre-req's and requirements across different schools, as well as paying for school too which is going be a major role in the college decision. Does anyone feels or have felt this way about being a transfer?
Please share your experience and any advice to help ease things and make things successful.
I'm trying to stay strong and not give up through this all.

Personally I found the transfer applications (for Community College transfers) to be super easy it was the waiting that was the major stresser.
Many of the Uni’s I applied to had really simple transfer applications and didn’t require many things that are required from freshmen/1st year applicants.
About paying, I applied for grants and that is helping immensly.
If you’re concerned aboute pre-req’s and requirements contact by phone or email to the Uni or look at their website to make sure you are on track and that your credits will be transferred.
Good luck!
