<p>So, I applied to osu last year and was accepted as a sciece major. However, I decided to go to penn state instead and now that I am here, I wish I had chosen osu all along. I am a freshman here and started college in the spring(I had also applied to osu for the spring quarter), i was hoping to go to osu in the winter quarter of next year, or pehaps this fall. My question is, would I need to complete another application, write the essays required and undergo the whole application process again, or do they save your file and admit you automatically? Also, I have a 1330 sat and 30 act, would I be admitted to the honors program as well even though I will have college credits by the time I begin my quarter? Or will they decide if i am eligible or not based on my gpa?</p>

<p>Osu seemslike a more modern school overall, and as an int’l student i think I would get a reasonable scholarship. Psu is fine, but it is really not worth the full oos tuition–at least I would be in the honors program at osu.</p>
<p>btw, does anyone know how osu compares to pen state in terms of campus appearance and facilities? Like,are the classrooms there impressive and how are the dorms?</p>
