<p>UC to UC as a sophomore is possible..as long as you have the units, I believe. It's been done.</p>

<p>actually, i know a person who transfered from a uc to another uc, with only 30 units. He was actually rejected when he applied as a senior in hs, but was admitted a year later. That was a couple years ago though, and i was surprised.</p>
