So I finished my UC application like 12 hours ago and decided to pay by credit card. After entering the all information, I hit the payment button and received a text from the bank saying it went through. But on my UC application they said there was an error with the address in the mail and my application never got submitted. Basically they’re saying my application didn’t go through but they still charged me the fee? I’m confused as to what to do right now. I emailed them but they havent replied yet, should I submit using the check by mail option? Wouldn’t I have to pay again then? I did not receive a confirmation email from UC.
