Hey all. My GC needs to send my transcript and the school profile. The problem is I don't know how to create those documents. Any advice on how to make them?

I know it's late but I know that my colleges are quite lenient when it comes to sending the school forms after the deadline and I've already sorted out all the other components.

In the US a transcript is the document generated by the high school that lists all the courses you have taken in high school per semester, your grades for all courses completed, and GPA and sometimes class rank. A school profile is a document that the school has that shows such things as the courses it offers including any honors and AP courses, its grading method, how it weights grades if it uses a weighting system, total number of students, particularly seniors, and often GPA ranges such as what the range of GPAs are for the top 10%, top quarter, top half.

You cannot create them yourself. They have to be something provided by the school. What is actually required for internationals can differ from what you find in the US because they are not looking for the impossible. In fact, check the international section in each school’s admission site on-line to see what is actually required of internationals. The question usually becomes what is generated by your school that is similar. Some official document that shows courses and grades (which may have to be translated to English) is usually a necessity (although even for that, there may be exceptions for some countries). The school profile may not be required if there is none that exists but it is helpful to have the school provide or generate something that provides information about the school that shows its academic offerings.
