Two questions:

1.) When is it too late to notify the UC system about dropped classes and errors made in self-reporting grades?

2.) Is a “W” in AP Physics now going to significantly affect my chances of admission?

you should do asap

isn't W- withdrawn? idk that's my best guess

W stands for "withdrawn".

I accidently put down two A's for AP Bio, when I really got a B+ the first semester and an A the second semester. In the scenario that they have already reviewed my application and accepted me, could the B alter the decision? Sorry if this question is dumb.

To be honest, they're not going to waste their time re-analyzing your application. Tell them ASAP about your mistakes you've made and hope for the best.
