<p>contact a counselor ASAP, sooner is better. Let them know it may be late.</p>
<p>If you think it will be late, I would just hand delivery to to them if you live fairly close.</p>
<p>UCLA advised that it was okay to bring a sealed transcript to orientation, which is where you register for classes. I asked the question on UCLA’s Parents Facebook page and UCLA answered right away - the page is administered by UCLA. So maybe UCSC also has an FB page.</p>
