<p>YES says "Students Accounts Hold - Transcript/Diploma Hold" on under Holds, Fall 2013. Freshmen student. This just popped up. It is there just because our cash payment for next semesters tuition bill has not been paid yet? Will it automatically clear once the payment has cleared?</p>
<p>I called yesterday morning and they manually removed it. The bill wasn’t even complete yet and the person I spoke with said the hold was inadvertently posted when they posted a first year experience fee. Now that the bill is complete I see they must have had some sort of trouble posting the fee as it’s posted four times and then credited three times. It probably will automatically comes off once the bill is paid which is why the rep. said she manually removed it.</p>
<p>Thank you. That is exactly how the fees were posted on our bill as well. I paid the bill yesterday, and now this morning the hold is gone.</p>
<p>I haven’t seen an email for the bill yet. I guess spring semester is free. ;)</p>

<p>I have two students at Vanderbilt. I received an email about my daughter’s bill yesterday…she is in the College of Arts & Science. Have not seen my son’s (School of Engineering) yet - perhaps they are on different schedules as far as billing goes.</p>
<p>Bills are already posted on YES portal. Full payment is due by January 2.</p>
