Transcript doesn't show current classes?

I am currently applying to a summer program that requires an up-to-date high school transcript. However, I am currently in both AP Biology and AP Calc AB, but the transcript doesn’t show these classes as I am still enrolled in them (even though I am almost done and plan to finish with As).

Do programs/colleges take this in account or should you send them additional papers with your schedules that include unfinished classes?

Colleges ask for your current year courses (on the common app and subsequent apps) - not sure about summer programs, it depends on the program. You can email the coordinator and ask if you can send a midyear report.
