Transcript Error

I'm a junior and I've taken the ACT twice. And when I got my transcript this year, it seems they made a typo on my earlier science score. Instead of 29, it says 39.

Should I go to the trouble of having them correct it since a)it's the first score, and I improved my 2nd time to a 32. and b)since they won't really know which number has the typo so it's possible that it might look like I got some 3- number.

What do you guys think?

I'd just tell them to change it because they also get your real ACT scores so you're not going to fool them into thinking that it's a 30something score :p lol.

You should tell your school registrar that it violates your privacy rights to put your test scores on your transcript and that the practice of doing so is expressly forbidden by the testing agencies! You have the right to choose which scores to share with colleges when you send a college an official copy from the testing service.

to bad you didn't get a 26, and then the school made the mistake of putting 36...

I know, I know...i can be diabolical sometimes.

Lmao. 39 ftw.

just talk to ur counselar

this has kinda happened to me recently. During the course of my three yers so far, my teachers messed up 2 grades(two in frosh, once in soph) and on my recent transcript those grades have reverted. so im just gonna tell my counselar to change them back cuz he told me to come to him if this happens.
