I am appying to one of the reputed university in Canada. Right now I am studying in class 12 science in cbse board India. the university asked me to submit official transcript from school. But my school dont know the actual pattern of what transcript is… so they told me to prepare my own transcript and then they will sign and verify it . so can you provide me with a single sample of transcript so that it would be helpful for me and my school to provide transcipt to the university.please try to reply soon as its urgent.
