Transcript/Grade Question

Hello I am seeking advice on two dilemmas:

In high school I took an online course through another university for pre-calculus and received an A. I'm wondering if I should have my school add it to my transcript or not? I just don't know if the schools I am trying to transfer to will like seeing that or not? In addition, would it matter if it were omitted considering I complete Calculus II this semester with an A?

I only received one B+ on my courses this semester, all the rest were As. I am considering appealing the grade to hopefully receive an A-. I held a 96% average going into the final and the final was obscenely difficult and did not cover the material the professor detailed that it would. The whole class did extremely poorly.

Any thoughts on these situations would be of great aid. Thank you.

I would advise against no. 2. Why be a grade-grubber – that drives all teachers crazy. Plus it really doesn’t matter.

@T26E4 so you would not add the pre-cal to the transcript correct?
Definitely understandable, not trying to be a grade grubber, just kinda concerned about a 3.87 vs. 3.94, even though it is a pretty small difference

Thank you.

Anymore thoughts on this anyone?

I would add the online course.

You can send the transcript from the online university separately. I’m assuming it is an accredited school.
