Transcript issue for UCF

<p>I sent my CC transcripts a week ago to UCF and my account still says waiting for official transcript. My CC says it was sent immediately after I requested it, but UCF is telling me they don't have my transcripts. Should I wait it out? Who should I talk to at UCF about this. I feel like everyday my app. isn't submitted thousands of others are submitting theirs. It's frustrating.</p>
