I have a bit of an issue regarding my transcripts.

Last summer I took a class at a CC and the grade from that course was transferred onto my school's transcript. My school has sent that transcript that includes the CC class to UCSB but according to my admissions page under the Transcripts tab it says:

Institution Thru Term Status/Date

My High School Spring 2011 Received - complete 06/28/2011
CC I attened that summer Summer 2010 Not received

Now they should have received the transcript from the CC because it's included in my HS one. Do they want it sent directly from the CC or did they overlook the college class on my HS transcript?

At least at my high school, when you put a class on your high school transcript it counted for high school credit and there was no mention of the CC, so maybe that’s the reason? They most likely overlooked it, though. Try calling them?

of course they do. i believe it says so on the website (they want ALL your transcripts, include past colleges). it’s not a good oversight. cc transcripts take much longer to process :(

your HS shouldve made it clear that the vast majority of colleges want official transcripts from the origin of your coursework

You need to get on this right away or your admission may be blocked and eventually cancelled! See UC Santa Barbara Admissions Portal - UC Santa Barbara Applicant Portal Login. Your mistake was in assuming that because your HS made a notation of the class on your transcript that would be sufficient. As you’ve found out, it’s not.
