transcript missing deadline...

im taking a class at a community college and i just signed up for it yesterday. the problem is, even though i asked for a rushed transcript, there is a fair chance it will not be ready by 1/10 (takes 3-5 working days). if i postmark my transcript a day or two late, will that seriously hurt my chances for fall admission?

Wait, I'm confused...you're sending in a transcript even if you haven't taken the class yet?

you can't send a transcript until after you've taken a class at that school.

but we're required to send in high school transcripts now..this is my first community college class and don't they want some kind of official transcript just to prove im enrolled in the college class if i'm going to say im taking it on my application?

i'm taking calculus I at cal state fullerton but i didn't send in a transcript. what's the point of sending in a transcript with no grades? it doesn't mean anything without final grades on it and there's no point in lying about what classes your going to take, because the college doesn't care all that much about classes you haven't taken yet. if you get rejected and want to appeal, then sending in a transcript with a final grade on it will help.

does it even matter that you send your application and transcripts at a different time ? I'm not sure they would penalize you since you don't have 100% control of when the transcripts get there, as long as you send your part of the application on time, I would think you're fine....

anybody in here know if it can work that way ?

i sent my transcript after the dec. 11 deadline and it was fine.
