Does Secondary School Report include Transcript?
For example, on the MIT thing, it says that my 2 rec letters and my counselor secondary school report is sent, but it doesn’t say anywhere if my transcript was sent as well?

Well I believe on MyMIT you fill out your own grades; so worst comes worst, MIT knows your grades and they’ll call your school if they don’t have your transcript (for verification).
Other than that, you should ask your guidance counselor (or whoever is in charge of sending out college stuff) if they sent your transcript to MIT. I’m not sure if you can check naviance (if you’re on that) to see it too.
