<p>After I send in all my applications and ACT scores do I have to request my transcripts for each college I applied to on family connection?</p>

<p>As to the general question, most colleges require you to have your high school send an official transcript. Some, like the UCs, have you self report courses and grades in the application and do not require a transcript until after you are admitted. </p>
<p>If your high school is using Naviance’s Family Connection, then to order transcripts you need to go into the system’s college tab and make sure you have your colleges listed as ones you are applying to and that you have checked the box for requesting transcripts for each such college. You should always thereafter check with high school to assure transcripts are being sent.</p>
<p>At our high school there is a form to fill out and give to the guidance counselor to send the transcript even though we do have naviance. If you have a guidance counselor ask him or her.</p>
