<p>My school says they sent my transcript via snail mail a month ago, but under my submitted materials, it says UW still doesn't have them. Should I contact someone about this or get my school to send them again?</p>
<p>Call UW-Madison admissions to ask your question - very helpful and friendly students answer the phones. Maybe they can tell you more information - perhaps it’s received but status takes a while to update.</p>
