<p>Not necessarily, they get alot of stuff all at once. It probably means yours is in a stack somewhere. At least thats my opinion.</p>
<p>i cant believe my status is still "not received". i requested to send out mine before graduation, which was about a month ago.</p>
<p>I requested my school to send it too, and they sent me a copy last month. I wouldn't worry too much.</p>

<p>i just looked today..and saw my status in BOLD RED...wow im scared...i gave notice to my school before graduation as well</p>
<p>I think Berkeley's just lagging. I called my Registrar and she said that she had sent it in before the 4th of July Weekend, and I don't think she would lie. And, today my status is in bold red as well, but I think we're fine, just call your schools and make sure they've done their job.</p>

<p>my status on myberkeleyapp as showed up as not received, but i emailed my admissions counselor and she verified that they had all of the necessary transcripts.</p>
