what if you keep on calling them?

They have to have your transcript before they evaluate your application.

We have the same problem with the financial documents , it says"not received" for the tax 2008, and the proof of citizenship( we sent it twice!!) yesterday we couldn’t reach them by phone and the fax line was all the time busy… dateline Monday( March 2)… i 'll try to fax those items today too and we’ll be trying again Monday… we don’t have other option, after that we pray for the best! My D sent emails too( no answers yet!)… everybody else (11 schools) received those items for the most. why not Columbia??

I have the same problem my transcript, so this problem may be just because of the large amount of apps they have to sort through. I’m going to call them early next week just to make sure this is the case…

It’s the same kinda situation with Cornell, I think. They just “received” something I sent in early January last week…

^ we sent the missing documents by Fedex this morning, it’ll be at the financial department Monday morning(dateline!).
