Transcript VS. Application

<p>I have a question about this.. um.. serious concern I have..
My school sent everything like teacher recommendations, transcripts and other things yesterday and I haven't sent my application yet..
(Well, i sent my first application, but haven't sent my supplement application in the common app)</p>

<p>What happens if transcript reaches to universities before application does?</p>
