Transcript with both SSR and Midyear?

Does my high school transcript have to be sent with both the Secondary School Report and the Midyear Report, because my school charges money for transcripts to be sent. We are on a semester system and first semester ends in the middle of January. Therefore, if I sent the transcripts with the Secondary School Report, they would not include my first semester grades and then only two or three weeks later, I'd have to submit the Secondary School Report with the transcript including the first semester grades. So my question is do I have to send the transcript twice, as described above, because it seems like a waste of money? OR do I only send it once with the Midyear Report at the risk of the schools delaying reading my application because it doesn't have a transcript with it yet?

Usually, the answer is yes. First they want to see the previous 3 years, and then they want to see first semester senior year.

Your best bet is to call the colleges in question and ask what risk you run if you only send the transcript in January.
