transcript with "Incomplete" grade

Hello. I'm a college student in north California and ready transfer out this year. However, I got an "incomplete" grade for my math class last semester, and I am unable to make it up before February. I guess most of transfer student know we need to update our fall grade to UC application before January 31st, and that is what i worry about it --- will that "incomplete" affect UC's decision?

Btw, UCSB is my first choice~

Have you completed a UC-transferable math course? UCSB is VERY strict when it comes to English and Math. They want those courses done by the end of the Fall.

@larinaga no! I only finish the calculus 1 and stats (from ap exam actually). I heard UCSB is very strict with English class. because I want to major in economics & accounting, so I guess having an “incomplete” grade with my calculus 2 class is really killing my chance for getting into UCSB

Make a note in the additional comments section noting your progress and that it’ll definitely be finished by may.

actually I try to register same math class for spring semester 2013 in case I cant pass the math class in fall semester 2012. So do i need to mention it in the comments field?
Also, anyone know about the UC Davis extension’s accounting program? I talk to the representative of UCD extension, they said UCD extension and UCD are two individual campus. How come that happen?

Actually econ and accounting only requires 1 calc and 1 stats course.
