Hi, first time posting on this forum, but have been viewing countless threads concerning the application process at many different colleges. So, I just finished my Penn State application, and have sent my ACT score to Penn State, but I have a question regarding the last thing I need to send them. For all the other schools I have applied to I just needed to sent a transcript, but it looks like Penn State requires me to submit a "web application counselor form." First, I have no clue what this form is, because no other college required me to submit one, and second after looking it over, it seems that it asks questions that a transcript would answer just fine. So, my question is do I need to submit this form, or would a transcript be fine? Oh, I'm applying to University Park if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance.

It says you need to submit the web application counselor form so I would do it. I know we sent it to our counselor.
