Hey guys-
My HS doesn't hold its graduation ceremonies until June 16th, and they don't get the transcripts printed out and mailed until July 3rd. I turned the request for transcript card in to my counselor, but do you all think that the lateness of the transcript will be a problem? Thanks for your help.

I'm in the same boat. I'm sure we aren't alone. I think I'm just going to hassel my guidance dept. to give me a final transcript then express mail it.

I'll bet that Admissions has had this come up before. You just want to make sure that you inform them of the situation and possible target date to receive transcripts. Additionally, you may want to inform your school that this is a bit different than transcripts going to civilian colleges for students starting in August. Perhaps there is something they can do to expedite for you.

Have a great break before R-Day!

We had the same issue with our daughter last year. She emailed her admisssions tech and they put a note in her file that the transcript would be late. After she reported on R day I went to the school and made sure the transcript was sent. As MOT says, this must happen a lot.
