Transcripts and Admission Cancellation

Hello guys,

I messed up real bad. I had 2 transcripts which I assumed I sent earlier but it turns out I sent them to my common app schools and not to UCSC. I just submit the orders, so is there a high chance of getting rescinded? If I talk to admissions, is there a chance they will be lenient and let this slide?
