<p>I believe grades are self-reported on the application. There are no recommendations for the UC schools, except maybe for certain schools within them, such as Nursing or Engineering programs, or if you appeal after being denied.</p>
<p>Yes, you send one UC school your SAT scores and then they will share them with the other UCs you applied to. I’m not sure about the ACT policy though.</p>
