Transcripts and Sealed Envelope

Should my academic records/transcripts be sealed by the respective school officer into the respective school sealed envelope with the school's stamp or officer's signature on it OR I can just put them all into one sealed envelope?

If I certify my transcripts at a earlier date and never ask the school officer to seal them in an envelope, but have come back to the school office again and asked the officer to seal them into the school envelope at a later date, is it alright?

If the date that my school officer certify the transcripts is different from the date that they seal it into the envelope, is it alright?

Is it alright for the transcripts in the envelope to be certified at different date?

Directly from the Admissions website. Are you sure you need to submit a transcript? If you attended high school in the US and are not a student athlete, you don’t need to send a transcript with your application, but if accepted they’ll want an official one after you graduate, as per the quoted guidelines.

I would have them send a new transcript, if you are required to send one. Are you trying to get more recent grades to not show up? The admissions office will tend to see through that if there are weird date discrepancies, and would just ask for first semester/second trimester grades before they make their decisions.

Can you post the website link that you quote the statement from? Because I do not see this statement on the admission website. Here is the website that states my transcripts requirements: http://admit.washington.edu/Apply/International/Transcripts

[Send Transcripts — Freshman — Apply — University of Washington](http://admit.washington.edu/Apply/Freshman/Transcripts)

This is for the regular freshman admission, rather than international. If you qualify for freshman admission, rather than international, I’d use the requirements from this link.
