<p>Applicants DON'T send in official transcripts until they are admitted and asked for one. Applicants do, however, send an official score report for the SAT to the admissions office at Berkeley?</p>
<p>Yes and Yes, but NEITHER is through the application process. Meaning, when your SAT scores are available, you have collegeboard send your scores directly to the school. You are not the middle man/woman in this scenario. All you do on your application is report the scores that you have that you are willing to share.</p>
