So I've been getting mixed answers about this. Do I need to send individual transcripts of my high school courses to the schools that have the Common App as their application? Should I leave them alone and let the Common App give them my grades? I don't think Common App has all of my grade. I have my transcripts in the sealed envelopes and don't know if I have to send them to the mailing address provided by the school. Specifically, NYU, Syracuse, UNC CH, Cornell, and SUNY Stony Brook. Please, any help is desired and much appreciated. :)

Most applications, including CA, have a self report section for grades and scores, but that doesn’t satisfy the requirement for official reports.

If the school requires a transcript send it using whatever official means is in place at your school.

I only check cornell, but yes they need a transcript.

Your high school sends official transcripts, not you, not Common App. You tell your school where and when. Which address? The admissions office of each school.
