Okay, so I just got my spring semester grades from the college I currently attend. They were excellent and bring up my GPA from the last grades I had sent to BU. Not a huge change, brings it from 3.77 to 3.85 but it is a change in the right direction. They have not released a decision on my admission yet at BU so I called the office and they said my file has just started to be reviewed. Does it make sense to quickly fax over a copy of the new transcript to be thrown in in the next few hours? Or is it pointless now?

Yes. Do it. My impression of transferring is that schools tend to reject those they've already rejected even if they admit other transfer candidates with the same or worse qualifications. Seems like a mindset.

Yeah your right, I think schools reject those they have already rejected as well. Good thing I was accepted my first time around huh? So yeah, the Records office of my current school tells me that they are having problems printing transcripts. So what I did was make a Word document explaining the situation and copied and pasted the excerpt from my transcript onto the document. I e-mailed it to the records office, who signed and stamped it as true and it was faxed over to BU. Hope it gets to them in time

Devilsrule-I have been reading all your hopeful and helpful posts on this site for a month. All I can say is if enthusiasm and determination count for anything, you should be accepted. If all students (including me many years ago) could truly appreciate their opportunity as you would, colleges would be a more meaningful place. Best of luck to you!
