So at the beginning of January I submitted electronic transcripts from both of the community colleges I’ve attended. They are in the same district, so they both show coursework from every college in that district, but I decided to send one from each just in case. It’s been weeks now, and the deadline is inching closer and my portal still says that I’m missing transcripts. This is the exact wording:

I don’t know if they’re just so backed up, but they should’ve received both transcripts by now and the “incomplete tasks” is really stressing me out. I should definitely get accepted, and don’t want to miss out on it because the system isn’t clear.
Can anyone clear this up for me? Thanks
