Transcripts question?

<p>My IGETC was finished with the conclusion of my fall 2010 semester. </p>

<p>I need to send in transcripts for my fall (and winter) grades and I was wondering if I should try to get officially IGETC certified too. Problem is, processing could take 3-4 weeks (according to the lady at the window) and that may or may not make my transcripts later. </p>

<p>My plan is... send grades up until now tomorrow and let the IGETC ceritification show up on my final report. </p>

<p>Would this be okay? I know I can send in a request for them to do the IGETC right now and have them show that on my final report (which they would send later).</p>

<p>I didn’t know getting IGETC certified and sending in your transcript was two different processes. Seems like a lot of needless work…can’t the school just take a look at your transcript and certify you right away? Why would it take 3-4 weeks?</p>

<p>I have no idea why the IGETC thing would take so long. The lady might have been saying what she’s paid to say, but I don’t know!</p>

<p>I guess with transcripts in general, they js print, stamp, and mail, whereas the IGETC thing has to go through some process… no idea.</p>

<p>Eh? My CCC’s Admissions and Records certifies IGETC and sends transcript with one form.</p>
