Transcripts throught Parchment

<p>DS's high school does not start receiving applications to colleges until today to process (8/22). Last weekend DS applied online to 3 universities and has printed off the apps (he has to turn those in, while several other items to his counselor). They also have to order their transcipts throught Parchment. When I went online last week to order this transcripts, they said they were unavailable. I'm assuming unavailable until today, which is the first day the H.S. will start accepting them from students. However, they are not available today either. I have a phone call out to the school, but who knows where they will get back with me. So, my question is: when are the transcripts available to send from parchment? When the school says they are? Thanks.</p>
