Transcripts

<p>I have already graduated from school this year and currently studying on the foundation college preparatory program. I would like to apply to US universities, but I do not know how to deal with transcripts. I can't ask my guidance counsellor to submit my transcripts because she gave them to me at the graduation. I also have certificate of finishing the high school with all my final grades in it. What do I need to send, certificate or transcripts?</p>
