Does the school have to send your transcripts and reports or can you send them yourself? The school gives us the "transcripts"(with a seal) every trimester and they don't keep anything; I now have 10 transcripts. I've translated them and I've also made copies. Does the counselor also have to stamp a seal on every single copy or can we send the xeroxed transcripts as they are?

The counselor uploads the transcripts from his/her account on CommonApp. As long as they have the official stamp, they’re fine. The counselor should send the certified copies himself/herself if the school does not accept the commonapp. if you only have one original, DO NOT send the original!

I have a similar question. My counselor was not able to navigate the commonapp online system so she filled out the paper forms and the school will not be able to send them by mail or by fax can they be sent by e-mail instead?

NO they can’t be sent by email. Either they’re sent directly to each school - you need to provide the envelope and stamps and your teacher needs to sign accross each flap - or they’re sent via CommonApp (or Naviance if you have it).
Your teacher needs to contact the CommonApp people and explain she clicked on the wrong link (LOTS of international teachers did that because the email was confusing and oddly laid out) and indicate he or she meant to “opt in” not “opt out” and want to upload the transcripts now.
